The data in my Property Care App does not match the browser. Why?

The data in my Property Care App does not match the browser. Why?

When changes are made to a user these changes are not automatically updated in the app. In order for these changes to show you must logout and log back into the app.

Within the app from the Dashboard you may select the Settings option or from any page select the hamburger icon, the three horizontal lines at the top of the app, it may be on the right or left depending on current page. From the settings page scroll to the bottom and select Log out after logging back into the app the new user changes should be working.
