Why is there a cleaning fee on a reservation my owner canceled via Owner X?
If an owner cancels a reservation via Owner X it will not automatically remove the cleaning fee from that reservation.
If you would like the cleaning fee to auto-delete upon owner cancelation for housekeeper costing please submit a help desk ticket and we can enable a variable that will do so.
Variable: Reservation: Cancel: Auto-Delete cleaning fee for owner reservations
NOTE: This logic will only work for systems using Housekeeper Costing with an associated cleaning fee
